NEW GROUP ---- Seniors Exercise Class
Joining a seniors exercise class can have many benefits.
This is a gentle low impact class designed to keep you moving and feeling good. The exercises are standing only, so no trying to get up or down on the floor!!
Exercise Class to be held each Friday at Green Island Civic Hall from 10am - 11am
