Line Dancing 

Line dancing is a popular activity among seniors, and it is a fun way to stay healthy both mentally and physically. 

It also provides an opportunity for seniors to socialize and interact with others, which has numerous mental and physical health benefits, including improved cardiovascular function, bone strength, brain function, balance, flexibility, etc.
